Below is a list of the calendared dates for the UC Cluster meetings. All meetings are open to the public and are generally held on the 3rd Monday of each month from 4:30pm to 6pm . We look forward to seeing you at our meeting!

The University City Cluster Committee is dedicated to improving educational endeavors and student achievement in the University City cluster of San Diego Unified public schools. Our committee has representatives from each of our 5 neighborhood schools including the principals, teachers, students and parents.

Chair: The Chair shall prepare and circulate, at least 48 hours before the commencement of the general association meeting, an agenda for each meeting and shall preside over the meetings.

Vice-Chair: The Vice-Chair shall preside over meetings in the absence of the Chair.

Communications Officer: The Communications Officer shall assist the Executive Board with internal and external communications as appropriate and when requested, such as relating to circulation of notices of general Association meetings.

Secretary: The Secretary, or his designee, shall keep and maintain minutes of each meeting

Parliamentarian: The Parliamentarian shall maintain order during general meetings and may rule on procedural matters, using Roberts Rules of Order as a non-binding guideline. Interpretations may be overruled by at least a two-thirds (2/3) vote of voting members who are actively engaged in the meeting either by being present or electronically included.
